PatientWorks is the healthcare division of NewBold – a company that provides solutions and services in the healthcare, retail, plastic cards, and military markets. PatientWorks wanted to create more booth traffic at the tradeshows they were attending. We helped them implement a proactive strategic of sending eye-catching pre-show mailers to encourage visits to their booth. We developed the concepts for the mailers, which included incentives such as savings offers, digital camera drawings and gift cards. We also worked with a mail house and the post office to coordinate the mailings.
