Needs assessment

When we begin working together, the first thing we do is listen and learn. We mean really listen and take good notes. In depth conversation about your company, team and products/services sparks excitement, ideas and creativity, enabling us to develop plans that accurately represent your company, support your goals, your budget and your deadlines.

Team building

The next step is to determine the best creative resource fit. We pull together a team of talent based on the information identified in our Needs Assessment – types of services, budget and timeframes are all considered. We get estimates, review them and make recommendations. Once you approve the project estimate, we are ready to….

Get organized

We use an online project management software application called Teamwork. It’s an easy to use system that lets us coordinate tasks, share documents and resources, and track the status of the project. We give you a login and a quick “how to” once we begin working together.

Cheryl Joyce, the owner of J Fusion, has 17 years of experience in marketing and communications. Cheryl has been providing marketing consulting services since 2000, working with companies in the clinical trials, tablet PC software and identification fields. Prior to owning her own consulting business, she managed, created and executed innovative marketing and communications programs for companies in the network security, leadership development and special events fields. Cheryl earned her undergraduate degree in Business/History and her Master of Science in Marketing degree from The University of South Carolina in Columbia. Her husband, Chris, and their two children live in Apex, NC.
