PMG is a network of clinical research sites—one of the largest in the U.S. They needed a new web site that would establish branding based on their new logo, establish new participant-focused messaging while speaking to several different audiences, present information about their 11 facilities, provide access to information about current and upcoming clinical trials, and present PMG as a leader in their industry. This implementation shows how good information architecture can make a web site with a lot of information easy to navigate. We chose images, wrote original copy, and incorporated existing copy as appropriate. We also assisted in edited/updating their facility brochure downloads. The database developed to house the clinical trials search info makes searching for trials easy for the viewer and the content management tool developed for this database makes the information simple for PMG to manage.
